Carlos R. Villamar
As the founder and inventor of Dream Habitat, Carlos is an expert in a range of technologies including renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and thermal power, as well as aquaculture systems, aquaponics systems, and recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). Additionally, he has developed Black Solder Fly (BSF) composting systems and solar greenhouse systems. In addition to his work as an inventor, Carlos is also a patent lawyer and a founding partner at Villamar and Guiliana LLP.
Maria Bablyak
Maria, co-founder of Dream Habitat, is a highly skilled architect with over 30 years of professional experience. She is recognized for her dedication to the arts and sustainable architecture, as well as her exceptional attention to detail. In addition to being a successful architect, Maria is also an award-winning artist. She has received numerous awards in both fields, demonstrating her impressive talent and creativity.
